“Going into the college search and admissions process, it was safe to say that my family and I knew very little about what to expect. However, after my first meeting with Eric at the end of my junior year, the whole process began to feel much less intimidating. He quickly grasped the type of student I was and the many different qualities I was looking for in a college. From helping me decide which classes to take my senior year to giving me a list of initial colleges that covered all my possible interests, Eric really helped give me the confidence that the decisions I made along the way were the best decisions I could make.

Through the college admissions process, I scheduled consistent weekly meetings with Eric to have him help me answer any questions I came across or help me with organizing my essays. Early on, I decided to apply to an ambitious number of colleges, which, in turn, included a daunting amount of applications to fill out and essays to write. However, my weekly meetings with Eric helped me manage this workload alongside my other commitments and kept me on track to submit applications to over a dozen schools.

Throughout the entire process, I always felt comfortable asking Eric for help. He would make decisions easy to understand by clearly outlining the pros and cons, and he was always willing to schedule impromptu meetings as needed when application deadlines approached. He helped me get my feet off the ground and discover colleges that would fit me and my interests so that I did not waste my time with unnecessary applications. As I prepare for my future beyond high school, I am very grateful for Eric’s assistance in gaining acceptance to my 1st choice college. If I had to do it all again, I would not hesitate to reach out to Eric.
